Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains what information ConReel ("we") collects when you use conreel.com and the ConReel video production service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

Information we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Google and YouTube data

If you connect a Google account, we use YouTube and Google Drive access only to upload, schedule and manage the videos you approve, and to read the basic channel details needed to show which channel a video goes to. ConReel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train AI models. YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Retention and deletion

We keep account and channel data while your account is active. Working files for a video are deleted after the video is published; finished videos stay in the storage you connected. To delete your account and data, email [email protected] and we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Security

Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Connections to the service use HTTPS.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Email us to use these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email to account holders.
